Have you ever wondered why some buildings have automatic doors? Is it for fun? What about those ramps outside of buildings. There are stairs, then why both? If you don't know the answers to one or more of these questions, today is your lucky day! The answer is a simple thing called “Universal Design”. What is Universal Design you ask? Well, we'll tell you all about that.

"Universal design is the design of products and environments to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design. " (Ron Mace)

So basically, universal design is a way to include everybody, no matter what age, ability or situation. Check out the ways our three countries are using universal design and making life easier for EVERYONE.
